- Skilled welders: SMAW or FCAW or combination of both skill ( min. 4 years experience in structural fabrication)
- Structural fitter ( skilled with min. 3 years experience, and able to read fabrication drawings 100%)
- Semiskilled Structural fabrication workers ( cutting, grinding, fit up assitance etc) with min. 3 years experience and basic knowledge of understanding drawing
- General Rigger ( with expderience in fabrication project) - experience min. 2 years
- General worker/ helper ( with experience in fabrication project min. 1-2 years)
