Vacant position for Account Payable Executive at Wasco Coatings Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. (Kuantan based)
Job Scope:
1. Verify invoices to ensure it tallies with the buying & payment terms before payment is made.
2. Ensure all invoices are attached with the corresponding goods receive documents/DO before it is sent for payment.
3. Evaluate accuracy of documents submitted for payments and conduct investigation to reconcile the differences
4. To advise related departments in maintaining proper documents and procedures which is related to goods received and payment
5. Check and verify invoices summary report
6. Maintain proper filing system
7. Supervise day-to-day activity of junior/clerical staff
8. Take up adhoc assignments from time to time
9. Understanding company’s HSE requirement
Minimum Requirement :
1. Diploma / Degree in Accounting
2. Minimum 2 years related working experience, preferably Junior Executive
3. Able to work under pressure & take up new task
